  • Anyone a Patriots fan here?

Just seeing if there are any. I dunno if I remember any posters that are.

Either way, just waiting for the Pats to fall flat on their asses. (I have a feeling I will be waiting a long time, cuz they are pretty damn good)

But geez, I was so distraught yesterday from the loss that I didnt watch any more after the Junior Seau INT.

But reading the recaps and boxscores today, I see that they purposely scored a TD in the final minutes of the game.

I remember casually glancing and seeing the cowboys take a knee, and wondered to myself why they didnt try to score, just as all the losers would do in any game, just for the hell of it.

but now this really pisses me off, why the fck do they feel the need to flip off the rest of the league? what chip on their shoulders do they have the right to have?

they got caught cheating! I dont care if everyone is doing it, if you get caught, its your damn fault. and even if its just one man, that one man reflects your whole team because after all he is "god" in Boston right?

just irks me how they carry on like its their right and they've been wronged, and they need to show it.

of course they are the bullies, and doesnt look like anyone can stop them right now. on paper at least. I encourage the talk of 17-0 because karma will be a bitch. :puke:

It's definitely a big "Eff You" to the league.

It's classless and busch league bull**** if you ask me. But what would we expect out of BelliCHEAT...

They're one Tom Brady cheapshot away from being a mediocre team, and with some of the thugs running around the NFL i'd be willing to bet someone loses a temper and makes a bad decision down the line....
its my way or the lame way.

    2016 NFL:
    straight up 14-7-1 (+10.9u)
    parlays 0-1 (-1u)
    total: +9.9u

I'll say this: It's pretty well-known around the league that the Pats are pretty much a classless organization (re: Ted Johnson, Belichick's ex-wife, Vince Wilford, Rodney Harrison, how they've treated certain players, Belichick screwing over the Jets organuization...you can go on and on).

That said, I don't think yesterday was *egregiously* bad, only because the kid was, I believe, a 3rd or 4th stringer from one of the service academies who they were probably just throwing a bone too. I mean, it wasn't a play-action pass or anything.

Plus, Phillips gave a lot of s--t to Belichick (again, probably derseved) in the press for the videotaping fiasco.

So, while yesterday may have been on the fence, I don't think it's the best example of how classless they are as an organization.

And again, I take nothing away from them as a football team is concerned. I think they are probably one of the better teams of all-time at this point. Hall of fame coach. Hall of fame QB. Hall of fame receiver. Etc...

But yeah, pretty hard to root for them.

They scored a touchdown late in the game, so ******* what?

It was 4th and goal on the two yard line...What do you want them to do there, take a knee? They ran it with a fullback who has never had a touchdown in his career. If he wanted to run up the score, he would have had Brady threw another touchdown pass.

they try to run up the score all the time when the game is decided.

I hope somebody beats the cocky ****s.

Especially Bellicheat, thats one arrogant prick right there.

                why not?

it happens in 99% of Professional football games, that are already decided

and maybe 50% of College Games that are already decided unless Pete Carroll and Mike Leach are involved LOL.

given that they've done this in 5 out of 6 weeks (they tried against Cleveland but Kyle Brady didnt catch the ball), I'd say this isnt an isolated incident, or some "Make a Wish" Foundation charity drive for Kyle Eckel.

no disrespect GM, but who the fck cares about Eckel? how many players come and go in this league without a TD, or tackle? You can't tell me Belichick is all of a sudden applying for the Nobel Prize with this "act of goodwill".

The Patriots are badass. They can do whatever they want. if he wanted Eckel to score, he woulda/coulda against the Boys or anyone in the 1Q or something.

this was just running up a score, cuz he feels "wronged" that he got caught with hand in cookie jar. as if he has every right, and the world is lucky he coaches the NE Patriots. :puke:

and I know its moot to discuss such matters involving a Cowboys game with a Redskins fan, but you can't tell me you wouldn't be PO'd if the Skins held their own, did what they had to to keep up with this dominating team, even have a lead at one point, only to let the game get away from them, and be slapped in the face at the end?

Does me no good btching about it now I know, but this started when I watched that Cincy game at the end, I didnt think anything of it, until I looked back and saw they did this against SD, the Cowboys, Jets and Buffalo (not so much, their last score was early in 4th) also. of course with little credibility, I btch about it now that they do it against my favorite team. LOL

now I really DO hope the Skins beat them. (just hope) cuz according to the national media, the patriots are the best thing since internet porn.

I have seen Peyton Manning take a knee endless amounts of times when the Colts were leading inside the 10 yard line or so.

I even saw him do it in the year he set the touchdown record.

Sure he could have thrown another TD pass to pad the record....but he's apparently not a poor sport like Bellicheat.

Brady/Moss won't make the season if they keep rubbing it in on teams and intentionally injuring opposing players.

Dallas might not get another shot at em, but I'm willing to guess there are guys on the Cowboys who have buddies on teams who NE still faces.

                    The cheapshots are coming....

I just wish someone would take out Bellicheat. The cockiest poor sport prick of all time. It'd be a real shame if some 350 pounder just accidentally ran him over and fell on his head and popped it like a pimple....

                      Two-Minute Warning
                      1-9-DAL 9 (1:54) 33-K.Faulk right tackle to DAL 6 for 3 yards (96-M.Spears).
Timeout #3 by DAL at 01:48.
                      2-6-DAL 6 (1:43) 38-K.Eckel up the middle to DAL 5 for 1 yard (99-C.Canty).
                      3-5-DAL 5 (1:09) 38-K.Eckel left tackle to DAL 1 for 4 yards (31-R.Williams).
                      4-1-DAL 1 (:23) 38-K.Eckel right tackle for 1 yard, TOUCHDOWN.

I cant stand the Patriots but does anyone have a problem with this sequence? The game was over and Dallas is calling a timeout with under two minutes left? So then NE runs it with the backup fullback three times in a row.

Dallas should have saved their last timeout and maybe NE would have taken a knee. It was obvious they couldnt just run the clock out.

And if they did the same thing to the Redskins in two weeks I wouldnt have a problem. The only problem I would have is if they were up two touchdowns and they had Brady throwing it into the endzone with under two minutes and no timeouts left for us.

The problem is this is not an isolated incident, which many people have pointed out. They absolutely should have taken a knee. Who cares if they give the ball over with :20 seconds left on the Dallas 10.

I hope Brady gets hit so hard in the nuts his supersperm is ruined forever.

I absolutely have a problem with it. Dallas was TRAILING and doing whatever they could to try and win the game.

NE was WINNING....by 11 points i might add.

Once Dallas was out of timeouts, NE could have just as easily given Dallas the ball back inside their own 10 with 23 secs left and needing 2 scores. Let them run a play, and the game is over.

It's poor sportsmanship....and it's not an isolated incident. There's no BCS, no pollsters to impress, and no extra credit by winning by 18 instead of 11. Bellicheat is just an *******.

Maybe it would have been different if Wade Phillips kept his mouth shut earlier when he ran his mouth on the Patriots.
