Lines of 4: Fav is 8-2
Lines of 4 1/2: Road is 7-2 Dog is 6-3
Lines of 5 and 5 1/2: Dog is 7-4 Road 7-4
Lines of 6: Over is 10-3
Lines of 7 and 7 1/2: Home 13-3
