Yes. I do cap totals. But they are more difficult in my opinion. Most pro games end up in a tight range. I am thinking CLE-CIN under is looking good for tomorrow. People are remembering the blowout offensive game of early last year. The game in Dec, though was a tight low scoring game. Both teams are sluggish offensively this year.
