    Oakland game

    Another ****ty Oak ATS loss....

Is it rather obvious Oak was trying to cover on the last play? FG attempt down 11?

Did not see the game so would be interested if somebody saw it and whether the announcers said anything.

I turned it off to watch the Chiefs cover the 2H line, but regardless, the fact that Carolina covered that spread is utterly ridiculous.

I swear, if i hear one person say they had CAR and it was the right side, i'm banning them on the spot, LMFAO

Yes, that was a joke, but clearly OAK was the right choice. I mean they didn't do much, but neither did CAR, and they weren't laying the 9.5 points....

My point Stif, was they tried a 58 yd FG on 3rd down with a few seconds left. Why? .... other than the obvious, which is not spoken about in the NFL.

Not only did they try it, but it hit the damn crossbar.

          Carolina BLOWS on the road.

It was 3rd and 10 with 10 seconds left or so. The announcers said it was a good decision to kick the FG b/c they needed two scores regardless, and the order didn't matter.

Oakland lost ATS when they allowed a huge punt return with only a few minutes left. Oakland whiffed on a tackle (which would have placed Carolina on their own 10), and allowed the returner to bust a big one and get into FG range - which eventually pushed the lead from 8 to 11.

LMAO....you are kidding right? Those announcers are morons. They need a FG, onside kick recovery, hail mary and 2 pt just to get to OT. All in 13 seconds. They did this on 3rd down from the Car 41. If it was 4th down, I might believe it, but even then it is ridiculous.

I actually watched that whole game. Wow. Why? Both teams were terrible, and it was an embarresment to the sport. lol. Delhomme had an absolutely brutal day. Raiders offense was as exciting and dynamic as lint. Oakland had so many chances, with Delhomme throwing picks all day, but all Oakland did was punt. Lechler for mvp of that team...

Got totally lucky with the late cover...almost **** myself when Janikowski came out. lol.
