Daws- I'm not saying they should run more than pass, but IMO they will need to be balanced to keep the Jets guessing. If the Chargers become one dimensional, they won't win IMO.

this is a completely different animal than they got last week with Cincinnati who never throws to RB's, doesn't have a TE and had 1 worth while WR.

And SDG runs enough...they aren't eagle like. But their passing game is what runs that team.

I think it is honestly going to be interesting to see if the NYJ can cover all those weapons. Sproles has some freeking wheels and GL putting a LB on Gates or Sproles for that matter.

Look I'm not saying the Jets are the 85 Bears, it's not like I think they're going to completely shut down the Chargers tomorrow. I did state that I thought Sproles could be dangerous on counters, maybe misdirection screens to counter the way the Jets blitz. I also stated how Gates poses a problem. I agree that Rivers should be able to find checkdown plays that could hurt the Jets. I guess I just don't see this game being played out the same as you....

    Facts

#1 passing defense vs the #5 passing attack

How do you see an advantage in the passing game vs the best passing D in the game?

#1 rushing attack vs #20 rushing defense

SD is allowing 4.5 ypc, which is what the Jets averaged on the season. If there is any way a rookie qb is going to be successful on the road it will likely be the cause of a potent run game. I have bashed Sanchez this season and faded him a couple times, but I think with the run game clicking he is really solid off play action. Funny to me how nobody is talking about the injuries and problems on the SD defensive line. JMO

I'm also thinking Zona is catching too many pts. Regarding the total, it is without a doubt inflated but IMO that doesn't make the under worth the play.... I could see a 28 pt quarter ruining the under, I hate unders:sm:

By catching too many pts I mean it looks so easy to take the Cards. I don't think I can. God help me I'm thinking over in that one as well....

i think that game is an AZ win or a blow out for NO. I don't think the points are really even going to matter IMO.

Also, i have no opinion on the Jets game Udog. NFL has never been my forte and i am about as interested in it as I am the NBA outside of the Bengals. But my point was all week i have been hearing everywhere i turn about Revis and the Jets defense. There are 2 sides to every coin and that was my point. And i have to laugh, like Revis is the first CB that shut people down in this league. He likes to get physical at the line and a lot of the guys he goes up against are not physical guys. Wayne, Ochostinko, TO.....finesse guys. Jackson will give him all he wants in this one IMO and return the physical favor.

just hoping for some entertaining games. the only games i really have any interest in are the DAL/MIN game and the AZ/NO game. The other 2 are going to be like watching paint dry IMO.

GL to everyone on whatever way you go.

just a quick statement about revis and his physicality...in my opinion TO is more physical than you think..he does like to push smaller guys around..I do agree with you on Moss cuz he just gives up when ppl play physicaly on him as well as ocho cinco..BUT I do want to point out that revis played one of the strongest and IMO probobly BEST reciever in the league..ANDRE JOHNSON...If revis can contain andre he can contain Jackson..Andre has all the physcial tools (strength, height, etc.) that Jackson has PLUS more..Jackson wont be the problem this weekend..IF ANYTHING im thinging sproles or gates..BUT i think JETS roll in this one..Im feeling confident in them

I agree. I see no reason to back SD. Not one, unless you're gonna hang your hat on the rookie QB thing

It seems to me if you like Zona than you like Indy! If you like N.O. you like Baltimore!

                Same with Sunday

If you like Dallas you like San Diego. If you like Minnesota you like the Jets.

Also noticed this on todays total totals

if you like Under Zona than Over Indy

That is what I'm getting so far!

Just what I have noticed reading everyones post over internet land!

Really like SD as my favorite bet this week. I also posted that we would find out if Ariz was a fluke last week. Got Balt and SD. One fave one dog both Sat and Sun. One wildcard only this week ATS
