Record: 1-3
First, Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.
I have a couple of spots that say take KC today.
WF1 says Dallas should be the Favorite.
WF1 record is 7-12, a 63% Fade.
It also qualifies for my other model for choosing Wrong Favorites, WF2, which is a 55% Fade this year.
I know I have a record for when both plays match, and it's a home team like the Cowboys today, but I don't have my log book with me so I'm going through my articles to see if I have it written down anywhere in them.
(I got the stats and records noted above because I took a picture of the NFL page for this week, but it's blurry and I can't make out some of the numbers.)
Update: I found it. It was just last week I had a match.
The record was 2-7.
The play was ON Philly, AGAINST Dallas, in the game where the Eagles screwed their supporters by blowing a 21-0 lead.
The match record is 3-8 now, 72%.
It looks like it's another revenge spot for me (see my article on the Vanderbilt game this week for the other play, and my thoughts on "revenge" as it relates to handicapping.)
KC is off a tough battle where they came back from behind to beat the Colts, showing a little toughness and grit, rare for them this season.
Dallas is coming off their win over the Eagles, a game is should have lost and would have if the Eagles weren't such slackers.
You can get the Chiefs anywhere from -3 to -3'.
Money seems to be coming in on but Thanksgiving Day home dog, so wait to get the -3 at a good price.
