Bills/Chargers over- I'm sure after the MNF game people will be lining up to play on the Chargers, but I think this could be a closer game than most expect. Fitzpatrick is no Gabbart, and the SD defense didn't suddenly become good. SD still has trouble stopping the run, which was very evident in the first half vs Jax. Spiller gave a glimpse of what he is capable of last week vs the Titans, avg 5.9 a carry. He also had a 45+ yd td run called back on a (bulls**t) holding call that wasn't even near the play. The next couple games will likely determine what direction the Bills go at rb, so I think motivation will be through the roof for Spiller. I think Fitz will be able to move the ball through the air as well, SD ranked #6 vs the pass is a joke when you look at the passing offenses they have faced. Cutler/Palmer had no trouble, and IMO Fitz is better than both of them. Regardless any above average qb has enjoyed success vs the Chargers secondary. Chandler is a no go for Buffalo... IMO a Spiller all purpose prop could be loot.


Defensively the Bills are a hot mess. While it looks like ss Wilson will play along with Byrd, the corners are in trouble. No Aaron williams means Drayton Florence and McKelvin will start at corner. If you were to watch a highlight reel of all the passing tds scored vs Buffalo, chances are McKelvin and Florence were the ones getting burnt. As a fan I can tell you McKelvin is one of the worst corners still playing in the NFL. Corner and Rogers will also see time in the secondary.... yikes. Oh and the Bills have zero talent at LB outside of Barnett, so you can bet Matthews will be getting a shot at some big runs. All in all I don't see much defense being played here, and while I would lean towards the Bills +pts I think the over is the best wager in this game.

Vikings- Yeah I know worst passing defense in the history of the NFL. Lions coming off facing two of the best teams in the nfl, so they are going to bounce back big right? Not so fast... The Lions have been a different team the second half of the season, with idiotic penalties nearly every drive. They have lost 5 of 7 and have allowed 27 or more in 4 straight. They were able to mask their problems defensively with turnovers (23 in first 10 games), but haven't caused one in two straight games. To me it doesn't matter if Ponder or Webb play/AP or Gerhart take the carries.... No way in hell I lay this kind of chalk with a 3 and 3 home team. Gerhart ran well vs Denver, IMO Minny will have to sustain drives on the ground to have a shot at the su win. This game reminds me of when the Vikes went to Philly last year and beat them su, though Philly needed the game to grab the #2 seed. Detroit is fading fast, IMO there is a good chance they lose out.
