  • Sabres/Penguins @ Ralph Wilson January 1st >>>

    >>> Sold out all 74,000 seats in 40 MINUTES this morning.

    Wow.

I was planning on going too... :blackeye:

PS...I won't mention FF's prediction of the game drawing "770" people. lol.
I agree it will draw garbage ratings, but what a party it's going to be!
    Might have to find scalpers...

Actually they only sold 44,000 tickets so far and 30,000 have been set aside for "season ticket holders" ( i assume from both teams - are there 30,000 season ticket holders in the entire NHL? haha...).

Buffalo people have nothing else to do anyway except shovel snow... haha.

30,000 were set aside for the players and there families, BLUE JAYS season ticket holders, maple leafs season ticket holders, buffalo bills suite/luxury box owners, penguin fans , the nhl, and the sabres season ticket holders....if any of these dont sell, they will be sold to the general public on sept. 28... just FYI!:beerbang:

The Pens are supported rabidly here in Pittsburgh. The full-season ticket packages sold out very quickly, and the partial packages took a few more days. But you can bet we'll be represented heavily up there :beerbang:
