once again...congrats for getting a regulation line.......it's really too bad that there aren't any good books who cater to hockey. the greek is cool, but they don't offer regulation bets or anything out of the ordinary....TT, sides, PL's and the usual....

Got this one in early for Friday...
Capitals -0.5 (reg) -155 vs Jackets
CBJ in a horrible spot. This is the last game of a 6 game roadtrip for CBJ, I don't see how they can pick up a win against the league's best home team, Washington...who have only lost one game in their own rink all year (18-1-1). They've also got serious injury problems, losing by far their best player, Rick Nash last game. That now puts their three best scoring forwards on the shelf, and this was not a deep team to begin with. Yikes. CBJ has not looked good this week on the end of this trip, and it should get worse in Washington against the league's best.
Another tidbit...the Caps were also stiffed with the Allstar selections on Thursday, only getting AO selected (but unbelievably not a starter), when Green should have been a lock, and Backstrom/Semin should likely have been candidates as well. They were vocal about it, and it wouldn't surprise me to see them play with a chip on their shoulder the first game since the announcement. Look for them to be flying on Friday against an undermanned CBJ squad, who are beaten, battered, and finally on their way home after this game.
