    WACHOVIA CHAMPIONSHIP -

    TO WIN

BEN CURTIS @ 80/1 – Kent State graduate represented himself well at Quail Hollow last year as he finished 2nd to winner Anthony Kim by 5 strokes @ -11. So far this season he’s made 7 of 8 cuts but with just one Top25 finish at the Northern Trust. Curtis is into the “big crowds” and plays well in front of them. And, at this price a one unit to win play is definitely in order!

    TOP FIVE FINISH

JIM FURYK @ 9/2 - He won in 2006 and has 3 Top10 finishes in 5 starts at Quail Hollow togo along with a pair of missed cuts. He currently ranks 9th in scrambling on Tour and his short game seems to be in order. The highly competitive field and the demanding three-hole finish at the end of Quail Hollow won’t scare “Loopity Loop” because he's 22nd in putting, 12th in sand saves
and 9th in scrambling. So far this season his best finishes have been against the strongest fields at the CA Championship and The Masters!

GEOFF OGILVY @ 7/2 – He has an interesting track record at Quail Hollow -- he's never missed the top 25 in all five of his starts there. However, he's also never done better than 10th. He's having a great year with the putter and is ranked in the Top10 in putts per GIR, one-putt percentage and total putts per round. It's will come down to how well he drives the golf ball and he’s usually solid with the big stick.

STEWART CINK @ 9/1 – Cink is old reliable on just about any major championship layout, and he's made 4 of 5 cuts here, including a T8 last year and a T5 the previous season. Stewie has been a disappointment so far this year but it’s a long course with major championship type aura and crowds, just the medicine he needs to find his game again.

ADAM SCOTT @ 10/1 – It can be frustrating to follow Scott at times! Some would say he’s overrated and can’t get the job done when expectations are high, but you simply cannot ignore his order of finishes (8th, 24th, 3rd & 16th) at Quail Hollow. He’s got 2 Top10s in 5 a tries! Another opportunity for the young Aussie to overcome his biggest obstacle—himself!
