Trahan is long off the tee just like Johnson and has been playing well the last couple of weeks just like Johnson. Johnson more erratic player IMO .. Trahan finished with 68 last week in the final round of the Northern Trust Open and shot 67 today so he is playing good golf

Trahan has a TOP TEN this year , BOB HOPE CLASSIC, in an event where scoring is essential ...

Johnson is RED HOT right now , his length of the tee is his key attribute. Johnson finished with five consecutive birdies today ..

This is a value play on Trahan .. Johnson -170 ????

A good book who offers odds on the tournament winner that is updated after each round.

My book only offers odds to win the tournaments before thursday. I know some books offer updated lines to win the tourney after each round. I think BODOG may be one..


THey are expecting some really good weather for the weekend... If you notice , there are some really big hitters that shot well today , holmes, hofman, johnson ... i think with the nice weather coming you will see some of the course managers creep into contention tomorrow afternoon and into the weekend ... Watch out for guys like Mike Weir, Jeff Maggert , David Duval, and Jim Furyk ...

One guy to really keep an eye out for ( not only this week but down the road ) is Alex Prugh. The young 25 year old can hit it a long way and his putting has been great this year. He tears up the par 5's (-36 he is playing the par 5's this year), and has 3 top tens this year. He has been stellar so far in this young season ...
