As a pro I use <a href="http://www.predictem.com/sportsbooks/topbet.php" title="Topbet">TopBet</a>. Never had a problem getting paid. Customer Service is now top shelf.
I don't qualify for bonuses but I believe their bonuses are as good as it gets. Just my 2cents worth.
