willi, we already talked about college is a whole different game than the NBA. Lets face it, the guy isnt going to make it in the NBA. People want to talk about how great he is and how he led his team to the final four, well tell me, what the hell did he do this season?

They are DIFFERENT players that are asked to do DIFFERENT things for his team. You just cant compare the two players and their stats.

Baby Davis is garbage, McRoberts style of game fits the NBA better. Baby Davis is going to be no match inside. And no way in hell the guy is 6'9.

Both arent going to be very good NBA players but im confident to say Davis isnt going to be better than McRoberts.

                McRoberts

could be a decent, but not outstanding complementary player. In truth, his main problem may be on the defensive end;he is soft and he is slow. However, his passing skills alone would make him valuable to a team with go to shooters. He will be adequate, but he should have left last year or spent a lot more time in the weight room this year

He is garbage, the guy is so overrated its not even funny. Someone above said he wouldnt even make an impact in the developmental league. I wouldnt go that far but he isnt going to be any good.

You people want to keep bringing up the fact he hed his team to the final four last year, well why arent you talking about what he did this year for his team? Wow, first team all SEC...Big freakin deal, no one cares about that garbage.

He is a junior this year, they were ranked top 15? this year and he doesnt even get them to the NIT.

Willi, let me ask you a question, just how good do you think he is and will be at the next level???

Yea I agree, he should have left last year but I dont think he benefits from another year in college. He is going to play an 81-game season next year, will be truly focused on basketball and will have the coaches telling him what exactly they want him to do in the NBA.

I think he is a very good player . Quick on his feet , has a good mid range game and has the tools it takes to be a decent NBA player , kind of a CORLISS WILLIAMSON type of guy .. Give you solid minutes , play hard , rebound the basketball and make an impact (more than likely off the bench). You need to remember something when your asking these types of questions, I'm not the one saying ALL AMERICAN's are garbage...

I think he is garbage and is going to have no impact on the next level. People are saying the same about McRoberts and that is totally fine, that is their opinion. This is my opinion of Davis, besides making it to the final four last year, he has not done a damn thing to help his team win. Just never have been impressed with him, sorry.
