If and when Rudy loses Florida he has to drop out because he can't risk political and financial suicide (plus embarrassment), and lose the state of New York too (which he prob would). Here in NJ, Rudy is an afterthought at best. He's running a distant 3rd in Florida and really has to drop out when he loses.Well Fred Dropped out and Paul said Rudy will be next to go after Florida!
Raised close to another 2 million on MLK Day! So Paul is looking Okay with Money Riding 2nd behind the Chosen one for President when it comes to contributions!
Things are starting to get interesting..........
McCain or Romney You been watching this thing ? The golden boy now is Huckabee That is all you see on TV!!!! Will see thought Lets face it...the Chosen one has all ready been hand pick for the next President.... We already know who it is! Just like to go down with a good fight! Not to mention Paul would give her a good run for her money!!!!!!
I love your vigor and support of Ron Paul and on February 5th, he will have my vote, but there's not a chance in hell he has any even minute shot to get the nomination. It's going to be McCain or Romney. IMHO. I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or joking about Huckabee, but he's done too from everything I've seen.
Is their a website that lists the results of ALL the primaries/caucases?? Anyone know?Leave a comment:

We have a free press in America? When the hell did that happen? But you have to admit Larry its pretty crazy that they will not report on Nevada and Louisiana. Ron Paul has finished 2nd in both states!!!! WHY WON'T THEY REPORT THAT?
Ron Paul has been placed higher than Giuliani in every single caucus and primary thus far, yet the media still blanks him in favor of reporting on Giuliani.
After two second place finishes and strong showings in New Hampshire and South Carolina, it is clear that Ron Paul is a significant player in the 2008 race, yet your so called free press seemingly does not want you to realize this fact.Leave a comment:

I should have said it doesn't mean anything now. Rudy has been in Florida since the primaries started and basically conceded the earlier states. Don't get me wrong, I think its great the Paul is suprising people. I just don't think its enough to matter.Leave a comment:

Wow really that is funny Rudy was the Front runner not to long ago. Who would of thought Paul would be beating him at every Primary:dunno: Now it doesn't mean anything! OKAY will just keep :bang: banging our head! To me this is a big deal when the media said we were polling at less than 2%!

it's not just the media....it's a combo of the media and the parties.......the Republican party doesn't want Ron Paul on the ballot because they fear he can't cross enough lines to get the votes....he is too unknown and his views are too extreme. They want somebody very mainstream who can appeal to everyone. Paul's views are not that (though i do think they are great thoughts).Leave a comment:

The way the media gets to decide who gets to run for President is saddening.Ron Paul is circling the drain.......there will NEVER be a cadidate like Ron Paul that comes close to winning ANYTHING Presidential wise until the fundamental way in which politics/media operates is changed. It's a waste of time to give money to him or even follow him unfortunately. He had ZERO chance from the get go. I was a political science and world econ major in college and i used to really get into this stuff. I couldn't tell you one thing about any of the candidates and in the end, i will vote for the lesser of all the evils as we all do every year at the polls. Parties go a long way in "helping" certain candidates get elected through endorsements/funding etc...and the media does the rest. It's basically a set up and an attempt by each party to get a certain candidate on the ballot.....your opinion is worthless unfortunately.
California is a great example of this. I forget the republican candidate who ran against one of our illustirous CA Democrats keen on wrecking this state for congress, but the Republican National comittee gave him no funding and didn't even make any appearences for him from top Republicans like the President. Needless to say he got wiped out. Which is sad because he had the better message, but they figured that this worthless state would vote for free meal vouchers for people who don't feel like working, and more illegal mexicans and everything else this state stands for. Same thing happened basically with Ron Paul. He is viewed as a "peripheral" candidate with extreme views, someone who can't attract the masses so they (the Republican party) basically ensure he doesn't have a chance. And that is the way politics works unfortunately. If they wanted him in those debates etc..he would have been there.
Applause, though, for those who were on this bandwagon and gave it a go.....:thumbs:Leave a comment:
