My point was not wether or not Kansas covers, it was more that using that the statement that Kansas is 6-0 and Col is 4-3, is really not all that important when you're talking about spread betting. And IMO is a non factor when I decide to play a side. But bookies love that ****. Kansas has a better record so they should cover, kind of like last night with SFla. The #2 team, undefeated, there's no way they could lose to a 2 loss team. Pointing out records means virtually nothing when you're talking about spreads.Leave a comment:

i love when i see these posts. you undoubtedly handicapped this with your heart. i heard some great commentary on the game and they were basically saying KY was going to wear down after a tough game the week before much like LSU did at KY after playing FLA. If you dont' think there is an advantage to being off for a week vs. playing an emotional game which was very physical and then having to come right back out and play another physical emotional game, then you really don't follow college football too much. KY had to play perfect last week and it isn't easy to do that 2 weeks in a row.Leave a comment:

1 more point
Keep Tebow in the pocket and shut down Percy and Floridas young inexperienced corners will be exposed to Woodsons smart QB playLeave a comment:

Note to Self
Note to self..... Everybody is riding the UK letdown vs. Florida. Not seeing that happen with gameday in town and Florida is more hated then LSU. Letdown ..... think again boys , crowd will be more hyped this game then the LSU game. Take the points UK wins outright.Leave a comment:

I think Colorodo is a live homedog at +3.5 vs Kansas. They beat OU a couple of weeks ago and OU is a more well rounded team than Kansas.Leave a comment:

wow....this is how bad these 2 teams are this year...i just now realized this game was this weekend...
MIA(fl)/FSU
how those 2 programs have fallen.......talk about a game that was a marquee game for 15 years and now has been relegated to the toilet.....couldn't have happened to 2 better programs as far as i am concerned.....Leave a comment:

Throw the Kansas St. game out because of what I said earlier...it's an emotional in-state rivalry. Throw trends and records out in that one. That leaves us with Baylor, possibly the worst team in a BCS conference. (Go to hell Guy Morris  ) Kansas wins by 48 at home, while Colorado wins by 20 on the road. Similar results-probably a slight edge to Kansas.
Oklahoma is easily a top 10 team, probably top 5 when it's all said and done. Colorado was a home dog, and won the game SU. I'm of the belief that it can happen again, this time against a lesser opponent in Kansas. That's just my thinking. I'm not positive I'm even going to bet it, but with all the home dog success going on, I probably will. Yeah, I understand you ride a winning team as long as you can, but I'm not on the Kansas train just yet. A win at Colorado would be a good start.
Good luck to you Devil...I hope you do well.

Okay, let's break this down...
Kansas is up high in all the main stats nationally, but let's look at the schedule.
Kansas
vs. Central Michigan 52-7
vs. Toledo 45-13
vs. Florida Int. 55-3
at Kansas St. 30-24
vs. Baylor 58-10
There are 119 Division 1 football teams, and that schedule ranks 110. All cupcakes except Kansas St., and that's an emotional in-state rivalry so records are thrown out the window on that one, same thing as when UK plays Louisville.
They better have damn good stats with that schedule. Are they better than previous years? Absolutely, but it's obvious their stats are overblown.
Great points Nathan
