Fantasy Nightmare: Chargers Coach Norv Turner has said that the team will employ a 2-back system. Ryan Mathews and Mike Tolbert will share the load with Mathews seeing early down action and Tolbert getting short yardage and goalline action. - 8/8

Bungles Loving Dalton: Rumors out of Cinci are that rookie QB Andy Dalton is going to get the starting nod. - 8/8

Pryor Watch: The NFL supplemental draft will take place August 17th. QB Terrelle Pryor will be amongst the draftees. - 8/8

Ravens Sign RB: Baltimore has signed free agent RB Ricky Williams to a 2 year deal. He’ll back up Ray Rice giving the team a nice 1-2 punch. - 8/8

Texans Shore Up Defensive Backfield: Houston has signed CB Johnathan Joseph to a 5 year deal. This move kind of makes it look like Nnamdi Asomugha will be heading to the NYJ. - 7/28

Saints Sign WR: Reggie who? The N.O. Saints have signed jitterbug RB Darren Sproles to a 4 year deal. - 7/28

Eagles Nab Young: Philadelphia has signed QB Vince Young to a 1 year deal. - 7/28

Bears Trade TE: The Chicago Bears have traded TE Greg Olsen to the Carolina Panthers for a player and a draft pick to be named later. - 7/28

Kolb Finally Traded: The Philadelphia Eagles have traded QB Kevin Kolb to the Arizona Cardinals in exchange for CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and a 2012 second round draft pick. - 7/28

Thursday NFL Notes: The New England Patriots have traded 2 late draft picks (2012 and 2013) to the Cincinnati Bengals for WR Chad Ochocinco. The Titans have officially released QB Vince Young. The Bears are said to be interested in WR Roy Williams. - 7/28

Signings: The Steelers have signed former Badger RB John Clay. Atlanta has signed former WV RB Noel Devine. - 7/26

Big Name Cuts: The Dalls Cowboys have let RB Marion Barber go. - 7/26

Rumors: The Pittsburgh Steelers have stated that they have no interest in RB Tiki Barber. Rumors are that Seattle will NOT re-sign QB Matt Hasselbeck and that he may be headed to Tennessee. Cardinals QB Derek Anderson is expected to be released. Seattle is reportedly trying hard to sign WR Sidney Rice. Dallas is expected to release WR Roy Williams. It’s said that the Dolphins, Vikings and Cardinals are trying to acquire QB Kyle Orton. The Miami Dolphins are said to be hot for RB DeAngelo Williams is he doesn’t come to terms with Carolina. Bengals QB Carson Palmer is prepared to retire if he’s not traded. - 7/26

Free Agency: The Washington Redskins are said to be in hot pursuit of WR Santonio Holmes. The Jets are expected to make a play on him as well, but word has it that Holmes is going to sign with whoever is going to pay him the most. Now there’s some heart! (LOL) - 7/25

T.O. Tears ACL: Free agent WR Terrell Owens will miss around 6 months as he recovers from a torn ACL that he got while working out. At 37, one has to wonder if we’ll see him on the field as an effective receiver ever again. - 6/27

TE Jeremy Shockey has signed a 1-year deal with the Carolina Panthers. The GB Packers have re-signed LB A.J. Hawk to a 5 year deal. The Saints have re-signed K Garrett Hartley to a 5 year deal. - 3/3

Speculation: Many think that free agent safety Bob Sanders is going to sign with the NYJ. He’s meeting with team officials on March 3rd to discuss the possibility. - 3/2
