College Basketball Picks

It’s strength versus strength (offense vs. defense) when the Hawkeyes host the Hoosiers on Thursday night. Read on to see which side Dan believes will have you cashing your tickets.

It appears that the Blazers were overvalued this season, going 4-1 straight up but a dismal 1-4 against the spread. These squads had three common opponents this season with UK going 3-0 winning by 8, 20 and 25 while UAB went just 2-1 winning by seven and nine points. The spread on this game is a formidable 21 points.

Arizona has yet to taste defeat going 6-0 and they’ve been destroying opponents with all but one win being by 30 or more points. They’ve already done the overconfident game against San Diego State where they couldn’t hit a three shooting just 17.6% from behind the arc. They’ll have to be motivated to get by the -25 line.

Oregon has yet to taste defeat this winning all of five matches and padding bettors’ bankrolls with a 4-1 against the spread record. The Ducks with their strong guard may cause the Pirates fits if they can dictate tempo and Seton hall did lose their only real test this season.
