He’ll face off against lefty Kyle Freeland, who is also pitching well, allowing two earned runs or less in each of his last four appearances. There are two constants in life. The first is peanut butter goes good with jelly. The second is Patrick Corbin sucks on the road. With a 7.83 ERA away from Nationals Park, he’s a solid go against for the Atlanta Braves who have won four games in a row.

D-Backs pitcher Merrill Kelly is an average to above average pitcher who always struggles with the Dodgers. I don’t mean here and there, I mean he always struggles vs. L.A. He’ll face veteran pitcher Clayton Kershaw who just threw 7 innings of 2-hit ball vs. AZ. The price will be high, but is the best bet on the board tonight!

An abbreviated nine game MLB slate kicks off with a day game between the Minnesota Twins and Cleveland Guardians. It’ll be Sonny Gray (ERA under 2.00 since the beginning of Aug) and Cal Quantrill, who has pitched really well for Cleveland since the beginning of August. We’re projecting runs galore for tonight’s probable hit-fest at Chase Field as the Padres will send gas can Sean Manaea (14 earned runs allowed over his last 9.1 innings) against Drey Jameson, who will be making his MLB debut Thursday night. Thursday’s abbreviated eight game slate kicks off at 1PM ET with the Chicago White Sox vs. Cleveland Guardians. It’ll be workhorse Lance Lynn on the mound for the Chisox and Hunter Gaddis on the hill for Cleveland. Gaddis didn’t fare so well in his MLB debut, as he allowed 8 earned runs in only 3.1 innings. The 6’6″ 260 pounder may have been rushed to the Bigs a little quick, as he was in Single-A ball last season.
