University of Oregon Athletics Department Owner and Nike Chairman of the Board Phil Knight has turned sports into a Ladies Only Saturday Night Catwalk for Profit. Oregon entertains Utah this week in Eugene. Cant wait to see the Fall Ensemble Nike has dreamed up for these gorgeous Oregon Duck football players! Its the Nike Ducks versus the Under Armour Utes in Eugene this Saturday. Is college football turning into Rollerball with all the corporate big money sponsorships? Bring your opera glasses everyone! Nike has promised a solemn corporate message embedded by hologram in the Ducks uniform design dedicated to all their faithful followers. ESPN has also generously promised a free 3 ounce Coca Cola to the first 1,776 viewers who unlock the patriotic corporate anagram hidden somewhere around ILB Rodney Hardicks visor; courtesy of all Coca Cola Bottlers and Distributers everywhere! Nike and UA square off in Eugene! Lets Get It On!

Utah may have a hurt QB in Travis Wilson or may not? Utahs backup is Kendal Thompson. The difference is: Travis Wilson plays QB, Kendal Thompson is a marketing major getting free room and board for filling a spot—a very distant backup QB spot. HC Kyle Whittingham has decided to be goofy and play the UM Jim Harbaugh and not be forthcoming to the extent of Travis Wilsons injury suffered in Week 3 versus Utah State. In response, Oregon Head Coach Mark Helfrich cant seem to decide whether Number 1 starter Vernon Adams Jr. (who sat last weeks 61-28 mismatch vs. Georgia Southern after suffering a broken index finger) or backup QB Jeff Lockie will carry the Nike corporate banner against Utah. Ladies! Ladies! Quit being chumps and tell us the truth. Holy Lord! The difference of who starts at QB is negligible with the talent Oregon puts on the field. The difference with who plays at QB is probably about 17 points; 49-5 Ducks if QB Kendal Thompson is a GO, 42-22 if Tarvis Wilson shows up. I can see Utah playing this Childs game of trying to get every single angle since the Utes are going to be a huge Road Dogg. But Oregon must move past this type of adolescent behavior and assume a persona of Regal Distinction if the Ducks want to be regally distinct in the PAC-However Many There Are. However starts at QB, Utah is headed for a beat-down in Eugene and no Under Armour Throwback Vietnam Era Jungle Cammie Uniforms are gonna hide the flaws the Ducks will exploitcause thats what they do in Oregon, Exploit, Exploit, Exploit!

Oregon is still pissed after getting beaten in East Lansing to Michigan State in Week 2. The problem this early in the season is: We just dont know how good or mediocre most teams are at this point! Michigan State hasnt exactly been waxing the floors with opponents beating Western Michigan and Air Force by a combined 27 points. Big Deal?! Oregon destroyed Georgia State last week but Oregon is SUPPOSED to destroy Georgia State ANY week. Utah meanwhile has beaten 3 terrible football teams by marginal scores. Week 1 opponent Michigan is absolutely worse on defense than Fill In The Blank BIG-12 Team and Utah State may not win 3 games in 2015. Fresneck is pathetic so Utah really hasnt played anyone yet in 2015. If Utah tosses QB Kendal Thompson into the Arena, this game will be over before halftime. If Wilson starts, the Ducks will have their way with Utah before the end of the third quarter. Oregon has just too much talent on the field at any given time and Sure, Marcus Mariota will be missed in Eugene. But Mariota will slender into his bronze bust quietly as this Oregon team proves it reloads ubiquitously. Utah, meanwhile, needs to reload their thought process, quit playing childrens games, and tell everyone It doesnt matter who the QB is Saturday! Someone is going to pay a price whoever steps on the field! Until Utah designates themselves in their minds as a supreme program, no one will be fearful of the Utes.

By the numbers: Utah is undefeated but havent played anyone. Utah is 2-1 Against the Spread in 2015 puking up a hot dog against in-state rival Utah State. Utah is 1-5 Straight Up versus Oregon but beat the Ducks in Eugene in 2003. Utah is 7-1 Straight Up in their last 8 on the road, 7-1 Against the Spread in their last 8 on the road, 11-5 Against the Spread in their last 16, and 5-0 Staright Up in their last 5 ANYWHERE (WooHoo!). Oregon is 19-2 Straight Up in their last 21 at home, 10-3 Against the Spread in their last 13, and 17-3 in their last 20 Straight Up. What does this all mean? Not all that muchboth teams have played 3 games this year and if we flip-flopped their opponents, Id be confident saying Oregon is easily undefeated and ranked Number 2 in the nation and Utah is 1-2 with TWO QBs out for the season. There it is Baby; Utah vs Oregon via my convoluted mind; Ducks win, mark it down.

Oregon is supremely talented and Utah will find they are out-manned at every position on the field. Shoot, Oregons student Managers run a 4.4 Forty! I hate saying it but Oregon is a Playa this year in college football and might end up in the CFB semis once again in 2015! Utahwill probably end up 6-5 or 7-4 (if the ball bounces their way).
