As the old saying goes “Let the trend be your friend,” we think that’s all fine and dandy but for heaven’s sake, don’t base your whole play on it!
Baseball trends should be used as nothing more than just a friend (supporting factors to help your lean on a play.) Often times, trends will backfire on you because the law of average brings them back to earth. In some cases however, their great to use as supporting evidience!
