Professional Football is back for 2013so why are the Chiefs and Jags getting it on Sept. 8th?? These miserable 2-14 $1,500 Claimers are geeked-up and ready to entertain viewers with tipped balls, flubbed extra points, and numerous stupid penalties that would make an ex-con blush! OH! Maurice Jones-Drew is in a Contract Year so we know hell be ready to play!! The Chiefs went out and snagged Andy Reid and Alex Smith for the 2013 season giving Chiefs Fans the very first taste of Hope from the organization since signing Matt CasselI mean, Trent GreenI mean, Brady Quinn (released) or Rich GannonI guess; Nothing except the Stop Lights change in Kansas City. Jags owner Shahid Khan (no relation to Kublai or Genghisprobably!) will have the Upper Deck tarp crew out in full force protecting the Jaguar image, errr, DEVELOPING the Jaguar image for TV viewers. Lets take a look at who might end up walking away uninjured in this made for TV car wreck!!

Maurice Jones-Drew is an idiot. He sat out of training camp in 2012 and virtually destroyed any chance of the Jaguars enjoying a few wins. I want my money! I want my money! Gimme, gimme, gimme my money! Jones-Drew is a completely selfish, inconsiderate, self-serving imbecile who found his one and only true love in a reflection. With that said, Jones-Drew still can P-L-A-Y and that should send shivers up the crimson spine of the Chiefs! The Chiefs were 25th in 2012 against the run and 31st in forced turnovers. The Jags with a healthy Jones-Drew are near the top of league in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. QB Gabbert wont need to throw much to shred this Chiefs defense. Even if Gabbert did have to throw, he might have to heave one into the luxury boxes to find the only competent receiver the Jags have in Justin Blackmon. Blackmon is out for the first 4 games because Justin likes the sauce a little too much. You cant blame Blackmon, watching a pass skip 10 yards in front of him or sailing 20 feet over Justins head on a wide-open GO route would drive any man to the juice! Jones-Drew will control the pace of this game and the Chiefs have no answer against the run.

The Chiefs come in with–a big stinkin question mark. Alex Smith was acquired like so many re-constituted Chiefs QBs of the past that it seems the Chiefs Brass are playing the Lotto; You cant win if you dont play! The fact is: Montana kinda worked out and the other 15 or so QB acquisitions for the Chiefs didnt work out. It wasnt by accident the Chiefs were 2-14 in 2012. KC was dead last in the league last year in Points Scored and Points Differential. Theres an old saying, If youre last in the league in scoring, you pretty much are a terrible team. Anyway, Im not sure if putting Andy Reid in as Head Coach and booting Romeo Crennel to the curb is a step forward. My thinking is Reid cost the Eagles at least 4 Super Bowl appearances and completely ruined QB Mike Vick! I think the only reason Reid won in Philly is he had so much talent andI also believe Reids Eagle teams were much better than their records and should have been considered a Dynasty; but Reid screwed them up. McNabb and company suffered the same fate and Im just not sold on Andy Reids abilities (or lack thereof). The Reid quotient still does not drape a veneer on a very bad Chiefs football team. Smith will have Dwayne Bowe and Donnie Avery to throw to but Smith will also have a rookie offensive tackle to deal with in 1st round selection Eric Fisher who wont be blocking MAC defensive ends any longer. Jamaal Charles is really the key to the Chiefs success. If hell consistently catch balls out of the backfield and Reid will scheme him in the system, the Chiefs could prove to be a wide-open scoring machine this year.

I see the Jags being lethargic, uninspired, and terribly selfish again this year; just like their Leader >> Jones-Drew. Im going out on a limb predicting the Chiefs will open things up putting 500+ yards of offense on the Jags with a blow-out win!!! Truly, this game could be a 12-5 snoozer (Jags win) or a 45-14 Chiefs emancipation!
