Football and Basketball Teasers

So what is a teaser you ask? Imagine a parlay where you can move the points x amount of points on each one of your picks. Now this obviously isn’t going to pay as high as a parlay bet would, but your odds of winning increase dramatically when moving the point spread in your favor, especially when crossing key numbers such as 3, 4, and 7. Teasers come in standard, super and sweetheart varieties. Then there’s 5Dimes who goes way out in left field and offers a monster 20 pointer!
Teasers can be used for both football betting and basketball wagering. The cost of a teaser bet all depends on how many games you want to pick and how many points you want to move the spread. Let’s take a look at some examples starting with football:

Note: Some sportsbooks call ties a loss in regular teasers. If this is the case, you need to find a new sportsbook because that’s not the standard. It is however the standard to call a tie in a sweetheart, super or monster teaser a loss however on the flip side there are some books that don’t.
