Pick: Matt Kenseth over Jamie McMurray
Jamie had some good qualifying runs. In his rookie year in 2003 he had his best start, but as time progressed, he started falling behind as each NH race came and went. 2003 was his best start. 2004 he had a good start but from 2005 on, never qualified better than Matt taking two provisional’s in this years July race and last years September race.
Matt makes the chase yet again. He has been in the chase every year since it’s inception. Matt knows what he needs to do and a good start here in New Hampshire is a must.
Jamie is just another driver racing for next year and has never made the chase. Yes, he hovered around the bubble early on in his career, but like in qualifying, got worse in the points as the years progressed.
Olympic has a lot of high juiced favorites. An underdog is the best way
to go this week. I doubt you will find Matt at a better price than Olympic’s
