Oakland was dismally swamped by the ostentatiously inept New York Propellers (Jets) with Fred McMurrayI meanMatt McGloin throwing balls as softly and sweet as could possibly be—Just like a newborn baby! prompting Raiders Safety and AARP Rep Charles Woodson to quip, Ill bet Jets Safety and AARP Rep Ed Reed gets his 62nd career interception today! Woodson proved to be a certified Sage as number 62 took off out of McGloins hand like a cat dipped in turpentine, twisting this way, turning that way, with no wind apparent, and Reed finally galvanized his spot among the best NFL pickers of all time! Reed and the rest of us, years from now, will always remember that one, The pass from Whathisname to Thatotherfella. In any event, Kansas City was a little tired of losing and since Peyton Manning wasnt anywhere near the other sidelines, the Chiefs decided they could win again. I remember the Raiders as a collection of hotheads who, collectively, made up their mind they were going to get the job done! I may not have been a Follower but I always remember saying to myself when the Raiders came to play my favorite team(s), Oh Lord, its the Raiders this Sunday!!! Damn! Now, the Raiders are like Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, Marist Red Foxes, or the Walla Wall Sweets C.C. The Raiders need to eat more vegetables, sit on nails during the week, learn how to curse improperly, shove some refs, throw their helmetsor just DO SOMETHING to get that swagger back. Hey Raiders! Get rid of that dead weight money grubber Darren McFadden whoif he wanted to becould have been one of the Top 10 RBs of all-time in the NFL! Instead, McFadden gets hurt more than a zit-faced 14 year old school girl during Prom Season! That is NOT the Raider way! The Raiders havent had a winning year since 2002. In 2013, the Raiders are 23rd in points against, 18th in yards allowed, 20th in total turnovers, 23rd in yards passing allowed, 27th in interceptions, and 20th in rushing touchdowns allowed! None of that is, The Raider Way!

Kansas City picked themselves up off the trifecta mat after 3 straight wake Up calls and locked on to Washingtons jugular like wolf in the Yukon! Lets get one thing straight: I thought the Chiefs played a weak schedule collecting wins like counting MD 20/20 bottles in a Pay Day Loans parking lot! The Chiefs are a winning team stuck in the middle of the desert opposite Erwin Rommel. They can beat most teams, but they havent figured out the pincer move to displace the Desert Fox! Kansas City is 6-1 against the spread on the road, 1-1 against the spread when favored on the road, 5-1 against the spread against an opponent under .500 winning percentage, and 3-4 to go OVER in their last 7 on the road. The Raiders are 3-4 at home against the spread. In October, the Chiefs beat the crap out of the Raiders in Kansas City 24-7. Oakland QB Terrelle Pryor had 3 Interceptions in the second half while the Chiefs tallied 10 sacks on the game. The Chiefs turned three Oakland turnovers into 17 points and the rest, as they say, Was History! The Chiefs are focused and the Raiders want to get back to the beginning, Ergo Cogito Sum. Next week it is Newtons Optics for the Raiders perhaps guiding them to choose a new colour (notice the English touch) scheme for their New Me look?!
