On the Week Thirteen schedule, a cross-conference clash between the NFC Easts Philadelphia Eagles and the AFC Norths Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio with a 1:00 PM scheduled kick-off. The game is set to be aired on FOX with regional coverage. The Eagles enter off yet another loss, which now brings their losing streak to two games. The most recent Philadelphia assailant was the Green Bay Packers who beat the Eagles 27-13 in Philadelphia. Cincy most recently was subjected to a five-point loss at Baltimore, as they extended their winless streak to four games. In previous meetings between both sides, Philadelphia remains winless against the Cincinnati Bengals in their last three. A drought dating back over a decade.

In the early going, we have seen a significant lean on the Eagles despite their troubles against this team and the turmoil they have faced as of recent. The Eagles are taking back just a point now in some markets which may incline takers to consider the Eagles on a Money Line play to reduce the juice here. The Eagles are 1-4 ATS in their previous five. The Bengals have mirrored similarly hideous numbers as the Cats are just 2-8 ATS in their last ten contests overall failing to cover in their last four consecutive outings.

The Eagles best win as of recent was a 24-15 home win against Atlanta. Outside of that it has been a lot of trouble for the Eagles who are still breaking in a lot of young talent. The Eagles were beaten soundly by the Seattle Seahawks on the road prior to their loss against Green Bay. Philadelphia also fell at New York against their arch rival the New York Giants causing the Eagles to relinquish their supremacy in that rivalry series. The Eagles at one point had done far better than many expected but now they are beginning to show their true colors and the areas of weakness which certainly need improvement. To highlight some of Philadelphias achievements this season, the Eagles defeated Minnesota 21-10, perhaps their best victory overall this season at home. Expect home field advantage to assume a big role in this contest as both teams are 1-5 SU on the road this season.

The Bengals look like the polar opposite of the playoff team we saw in 2015. The Bengals just cant find ways to win and it seems their season has gone a sail. This year this franchise has seemingly skidded off the tracks. Most of this can be chalked up to a combination of stagnant offensive play and maligned defensive output. The Bengals continue to lose close games where their offense cannot score enough to pick up a win. Fortunately for Cincinnati they are facing a competitor with similar issues.

Truth be told here, neither team offers tremendous upside but we have to at this point go with the inclination to fade a team with documented woes traveling outside of their city. The Eagles were a trendy play many weeks ago and given the fact the Bengals are a tough team to watch or even trust, it is to be expected that the Birds may get some action here. Bottom line both teams are marginalized and with this being said, many takers may feel more apt to taking a point and a half as opposed to spotting one in a lesser of two evils scenario. However, this market may actually diminish to a Pick-Em which again offers substantial upside to Cincy players be that the Bengals are at home where they are 2-2 on the year which certainly bodes better than 1-5 if they were away from Cincy. The Bengals are looking for something to build off of as their season has been an utter nightmare. A win at home is always a good experience for all and given the fact they get a team that comes in on a slump they may finally get that win at home this week. We will gladly spot the point and a half here with Cincy.
