The Arizona Cardinals go on the road to take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Cardinals are coming off a tough overtime win against the San Francisco 49ers while the Eagles held of the Los Angeles Chargers for a 26-24 win. The Eagles look to continue their playoff push while the Cardinals are trying to get on track after some early season struggles on offense as they have only averaged 18 points through the first 4 games.

Arizonas struggles are the result of losing RB David Johnson in week 1. They have struggled to replace Johnson who was the #1 fantasy pick in most leagues. The Cardinals resigned Chris Johnson after David Johnson went down with the injury and they have been trying to use the committee approach with CJ2K, Andre Ellington and Kerwynn Williams. QB Carson Palmer has also struggled as a result the loss of his primary weapon. Palmer is completing 59% of his passes, averaging 292 yards per game with a TD/Int ratio of 5/5. Larry Fitzgerald is again the leading receiver with 26 catches for 276 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The Eagles have surprised opening the season at 3-1 with their only loss at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs on the road. The Eagles are led by 2nd year QB Carson Wentz who is completing 60.5% of his passes, averaging 250 yards per game. Most importantly, Wentz has been taking care of the ball as he has thrown 6 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions. The ground game is led by LeGarrette Blount with 246 yards. The Eagles lost Darren Sproles to a knee injury in week 3 opening up opportunities for Wendell Smallwood, however, Smallwoods status is up in the air and he will be a game time decision. The Eagles recievers are led by TE Zach Ertz who has 26 receptions and 326 yards through 4 games and has scored 1 touchdown.

Jerbeeks Pick to Cover the Point Spread: According the stats the Eagles defense has not been very good as they are below average in rushing, passing and overall yards per play. I look for Arizona to take advantage of the poor defense and actually pick the Cardinals to win the game straight up 24-21. My recommendation is to play Arizona plus the 6.5.
