Grab a crumpet and consider wagering on the under as games across the pond are generally lower scoring in nature.

A couple of road Week 4 NFL road winners meet up in Carolina for what should be a close game. Something to consider is despite the Panthers grabbing wins with Kyle Allen, he’s still inexperienced and the Jags have given indication that they still have a good defense. The same could be said for Jags QB Gardner Minshew, but he sure has looked polished for a young player. Either way, it’s a lunch money bet at most in this one.

The good Vikings got beaten up by the Bears last week and the bad Giants crushed the Redskins. In a game where the point spread would have been made at around -9.5 a couple weeks ago, it’s instead -4.5 for the Vikings Week 5 at MetLife Stadium where the benching of Eli Manning and emergence of “Danny Dimes” has given new life to a team that hasn’t seen respect in many moons.

Confidence in the Rams has seemingly plummeted after they lost by fifteen points as a nine point home favorite to Tampa Bay Sunday. The opening line for this TNF matchup opened with the Rams as -2 favorites and within 24 hours has moved four points to Seattle -2.

Two 0-3 teams meet up in a less-than-thrilling Monday Night Football matchup at Heinz Field. Both teams have sustained key injuries (Bengals – A.J. Green + half their OL, Steelers – Ben Roethlisberger) and it shows! Making a strong pick on this game is as questionable as a coin flip.

Both defenses have shone in the early going. The Vikings have allowed 47 points in its three games this season while the Bears have given up just 39 making the “Under the total line” appetizing. The public has a mixed take on the total. Will Jay bite on the under?
