Will the REAL Broncos please stand up! If you had Denver to win straight up at Houston last week, we’d like to slip you a job application. This team had just thrown up a 3-spot at Buffalo a couple weeks ago. Maybe their slim 4-point loss at Minnesota the prior week was an indication this team has rallied around young QB Drew Lock! This will be the second time they’ve faced KC, with the prior result being the horses being on the short end of a 30-6 stick.

This is a tough game to handicap as the Buccaneers will be missing WR Mike Evans and it’s anybody’s guess which running back coach Bruce Arians will favor. Generally speaking, losing teams (3-9-1) such as the Lions lose steam and motivation at season’s end. One also has to question the competency of Detroit coach Matt Patricia. We’ve got another Super Bowel on our hands here!

Week 15 Thursday Night Football features a game the lacks shine but could be a potential value bet. If one could say the Jets had a strength, it would be stopping the run, and that’s exactly what Baltimore is likely to attempt. That may keep things closer than the three score point spread of -14.5. Then of course there’s the legit question of can anybody stop Lamar Jackson?

A front line that pressures as heavy as the Eagles do vs. a QB that turns the ball over as much as Daniel Jones does is a recipe for disaster. Yeah, the Eagles dumped a game last week to the Dolphins. Don’t put too much into that. The Eagles never got off the bus and the Phins simply wanted it more. That won’t happen in Philly Sunday.

In one of Week 14’s better matchups, Seattle travels south to L.A. to play the Rams as one-point favorite. While not the best Sunday Night Football game this season, it promises to be exciting. Seattle barely got by a meager Vikings team last week. The same could be said for the Rams as they destroyed the weak secondary of the Cardinals. This game may very well come down to who has the ball last.

The Pittsburgh Steelers never seem to play as good on the road. Then again, that was under Ben Roethlisberger. This young Hodges kid isn’t bad. If Mike Tomlin uses his head, he’ll throw all day long vs. a Cardinals secondary that can’t stop ANYBODY. Look for the combination of James Washington and Vance McDonald/Nick Vannett to connect with “Duck” in the endzone in Week 14!

The Vikings didn’t look so hot in Seattle last week. Yeah, it’s a tough place to play and it’s not like they got smoked, but laying double digits (-13) to a division opponent after that effort is simply unwarranted. Leading up to last week, all we heard was how bad David Blough was. He sure looked good to me on Turkey Day! Good enough to bet on Sunday!

The Redskins had a heck of a win last week in Caroilna! Derrius Guice gave Washington fans a glimpse of what he can do when he’s healthy. Their Week 14 matchup vs. the Packers won’t be as fortunate. Aaron Rodgers is known as “bum beater” in the football betting industry. In short, this means that he has a tendency to destroy poor teams. The GB run opens the Rodgers passing game. The Redskins are 27th vs. the run and have a QB in Haskins that takes too long to make decisions. You won’t hear this often, but this double digit favorite is actually a value bet!

Did the Bills really go into Dallas and destroy the Cowboys last week? This has to lead one to believe this team is for real, as that was no easy feat. The Ravens barely got by the Niners and one has to wonder if they peaked too early. The Bills are a live dog Sunday and Keith is going as far as calling them the underdog of the week bet!

The Patriots look human! They pretty much got destroyed last week by the Titans. The final score wasn’t even close to indicative as the first 50 minutes of the game. Is Tom Brady turning grandpa right in front of our eyes? Is it possible that they lose two in a row and on their own turf? Hell yes!
