We expected the Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Kansas City Chiefs point spread to be around -13.5, but apparently, bookmakers believe the public will be down on the Chiefs after last week’s sputtering effort vs. the Titans, so they’ve written themselves a nice spread, thinking the Jags may get a fair amount of action in Week 10.
