NFL Football Picks
Tuesday night football? We’ll take it! The on-off-on again Bills vs. Titans game is sure to receive overreaction due to Covid, providing us with a nice wagering opportunity! When it comes to the NFL, things are never as good as they seem, or in this case, as bad as they seem. There’s some loot to be made here! Get Keith’s Buf/Ten pick here!
Minnesota appears to be turning the corner after a respectable pair of road games where they waxed the Texans and were “in it” vs. the Seahawks until Dalvin Cook went down. The game turned instantly after Cook’s groin injury. The Vikes made a valiant comeback in the end but ended up losing on one of the last plays of the game. Alexander Mattison (a Cook clone) will start and there won’t be much of a drop-off. Atlanta has changed coaches but that doesn’t fix their defense which resembles a wet paper bag. We’ve got BEST BET action Sunday!
Washington looked woeful at home last week after QB Kyle Allen went down. Alex Smith looked quirky at best and couldn’t move the ball at all. The Giants looked decent vs. the Cowboys, but the Pokes defense is so horrible that their performance doesn’t get a checkmark for quality. In all candidness, this game probably isn’t worth betting but Keith gives you his opinion/analysis on the game should you choose to gamble on it!
Week 5 Monday Night Football features Justin Herbert and his Chargers facing their second Hall of Fame QB in a row as they’ll travel to the Hurricane lands of New Orleans to take on Drew Brees and the Saints, who looked much better than most thought they would last week when they went to Detroit and destroyed the Lions. Check out EG’s point spread opinion here!
The quarterback situation is up in the air for both teams when the Denver Broncos meet the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football. Oddsmakers don’t seem to care, as the line has been established as Patriots -5. Check out Mike’s pick here!
Was last week’s Minnesota Vikings road win at Houston an enigma, or have Zimmer and crew turned the corner? Seattle beat up the Dolphins and look to be gaining momentum. There are many games on the Week 5 NFL card far more worthy of betting, but EG gives you his take anyway. It is recommended that you keep this one to lunch money bets only! Not much wagering value here.
A pair of Heisman Trophy winners meet up in Week 6 as Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals had to Baltimore to take on Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. The Bungles are getting no respect here as they come in as heft +13.5 underdogs after beating up on the Jags last week. Get Zman’s Cin/Balt pick here!
The Las Vegas Raiders didn’t look so hot vs. the Bills last week. Now they have to travel east to KC to take on Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. It’s not a question of will the Chiefs win, but by how much. Get Loot’s point spread prediction here!
The Miami Dolphins will get zero respect this week after getting beat up by Russell Wilson and Co. last week, however, this may be one of the best games to bet with regards to value, as the Niners simply aren’t playing good football right now. Check out Loot’s preview and pick to cover the spread here!
The Bill O’Brien era is over in Houston. Will the team rally around new head coach Romeo Crennel? Don’t bet on it! The guy is 28-55 (33%) as an NFL head coach! The Jags are a LIVE underdog in Week 5!
